Brian Williams
Title: Field Superintendent
Experience: 1990 - Present
Brian Williams joined Lee Woods Construction in 2018 with a background in construction management. Williams oversees all of the daily construction activities at projects he is assigned to which includes coordinating the scheduling of subcontractors and delivery of materials. Although his background is in residential construction, since joining Lee Woods he is quickly learning commercial construction management.
Williams started in construction at age 15 framing houses for his stepfather’s business. He joined the US Navy where he quickly excelled in rank and security clearance, and then he completed his studies on the GI Bill allowing him to return to his construction roots.
After completing his education, Brian joined Centex Homes as an assistant superintendent and was soon promoted to senior superintendent. He also served as a project manager and superintendent at KB Home and PSL, a custom home builder.
Throughout his career, he has overseen and completed large residential projects including multi-family townhomes, multi-community single family homes, in addition to site development, infrastructure and roads. Williams has been recognized by the industry earning several awards including The Golden Nail, KB Home Best Community and KBNXT Bowl MVP.

Bryan Thayer
Title: Field Superintendent
Experience: 1998 - Present
Bryan Thayer joined Lee Woods Construction in 2017 with a background in construction management. Thayer oversees the daily construction activities at work sites. He is responsible for the overall progress of the project by coordinating subcontractor schedules and managing equipment and material deliveries. He has been instrumental in the completion of projects ranging from $200,000 to over $2.5 million that were over 100,000 square feet.

Greg McLean
Title: Estimator/Project Manager
Experience: 2009 - Present
Greg McLean joined Lee Woods Construction in 2018 with a varied background in all aspects of construction. As an estimator and project manager at Lee Woods Construction, McLean is responsible for gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and all other related documents. Additionally, he estimates labor, materials, and time requirements to provide customers with an overall cost of the project.
McLean has been around construction most of his life. From the time he was in middle school to graduating from Oregon State University, he worked summers for his father’s insulation company. After receiving his BS in Construction Engineering Management, he continued with Four Seasons Insulation working in estimating, scheduling, and ordering materials.
After his tenure at the insulation company, McLean served as a project engineer for CSI Construction working on commercial and state projects, including large commercial property development, big box stores, and highway department operations and maintenance facilities. He then moved to Advanced Technology Group and was involved in high technology facilities at Intel’s Ronler Acres and Aloha campuses. These projects ranged from cleanroom construction and specialized tool installation to wet mechanical piping and specialized high-tech air handler piping and installation.
In his time at ATG and Sid Johnson & Co, McLean was also involved in many healthcare projects, including operating room buildouts and hospital expansions. With projects located at Oregon Health & Science University and Grande Ronde Regional Hospital, he oversaw construction involving med gas piping as well as full expansions within a functioning healthcare environment.

Brent Woods

Experience: 2017 - Present
Brent Woods joined Lee Woods Construction in 2022 with a background in shell construction management. Woods oversees the daily construction activities at our residential work sites. He is responsible for the overall progress of the project by coordinating subcontractor schedules, managing equipment and material deliveries. He has been instrumental in the Simple Life – Lakeshore Development Project.
