Terri Powell joined Lee Woods Construction in 2010 with a banking and real estate background serving in administrative, accounting, sales, finance and customer service roles. As Lee Woods Construction’s Project Administrator, Powell works closely with project managers and field supervisors maintaining documentation and organization from start to finish on projects ranging from custom residential builds to new commercial construction. Additionally, Powell is instrumental in Lee Woods Construction’s accounting division as she oversees project revenue and expenses working with customers, vendors and lenders to ensure billing and
payments are handled in a timely and efficient manner.

Kim Maddox
Title: Project Administration/Accounting
Experience: 2006 - Present
Kim Maddox joined the Lee Woods Construction team in 2021. She brings 15+ years of Project Management/Leadership experience and has been instrumental in the LWC launch of the Simple Life – Lakeshore Development Project. As a project lead, Kim is responsible for all aspects of the construction process including proposals, blueprints, specifications, permitting, billing, and the overall cost of the project/development.
